Who can buy on Evernex Eshop?
Refurbished IT ? What is it about ?
A refurbished product is a product that has already had its first life, has been fully checked and refurbished by an expert. Each device is meticulously tested, repaired, and cleaned before being sold, most of our products are coming with a 1-year warranty.
What’s included in the 1 year warranty ?
When should I receive my order?
Once an order is placed, you should receive it in less than 48h unless specified by our sales team.
What can I do if my product is defective?
If your product is still under the 1 year warranty you can contact our RMA team at RMA_admin@evernex.com and follow the RMA process, available here
If it’s not under warranty anymore, we will invite you to contact our sales team at eshop-evernex@evernex.com
